Frequently asked questions

To make a return, click on the ''MAKE A RETURN'' link above. We will require your email address and order number. If returning the item by mail, you will automatically be emailed your return label. All items must be posted in the mail within 10 days of receiving the return label. Items received with a mailing date after the 10-day period will automatically be returned to the sender without a refund.

A fee of $8.99 (plus taxes) will apply to all returns shipped to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be made to your initial method of payment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution).

You can also return your order to the signature Womance boutique in Quebec City, Laval and to the Dix30 boutique free of charge. Returns are only possible during store opening hours.

All items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale.

No returns or exchanges are possible. Any promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.

For a return request that is not working due to an applied discount of less than 20%, please write to commandes@womance.ca

Items purchased on sale with the 3 for 2 accessories promotion are final sale.

Products purchased using a discount from the rewards program do not make your items final sale. Please contact us at commandes@womance.ca for any issues.

Discount coupons received through the rewards program are non-refundable and are for one-time use only.

We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products. Sales and promotions do not apply to purchases made the day before or a few days prior to a promotion.

Follow these steps to make an exchange request:

Send an email to commandes@womance.ca with the following information:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Number of the item(s) that you wish to exchange
  • New desired size

We will then send you an invoice payable by email for the cost of the new item and the shipping cost of $6.99 plus tax. We will then prepare and send the new order.

Included in your package will be a return label. Return the initial item and once we have received it, we will refund your initial purchase to the original payment method, minus the return shipping costs ($8.99 plus taxes). You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed the return and refund.

You do not need to write to us for an exchange or return to the store. Simply bring your item to one of our 3 store locations and we will be happy to help you with a free exchange or refund depending on the case.

Explanation of shipping costs and return costs for exchanges by post:

Each time we send or receive a package or a package, the fees incurred are more than what we charge customers. Shipping costs to customers are only $6.99 and we cover the rest. We incur additional costs for returns, which is why we need to charge $8.99 plus tax for return orders.

We are working hard to one day be able to offer returns at a lower cost, with the eventual goal of free returns, but currently are unable to do so due to the high price of shipping. Most online stores like ours typically charge a return fee, as transport costs are very high.

It is possible, but the reimbursement can only be provide via gift card. If you prefer a refund on your credit card, the return must be made in person at one of our store locations as we are not able to access in-store transactions online.
