Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. A shipping fee of $8.99 (plus tax) will apply to all returns sent to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed (times may vary depending on your financial institution). At this time, it is not possible to make a return directly to our head office, only returns by post will be accepted.
Unfortunately exchanges are not available. You can return your original item and purchase it again in the correct size.
Unfortunately we do not reissue points or coupons after they are used.
Start by selecting ‘’RETURNS’’ at the bottom of the homepage. You will need your email address and your order number to make your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in your email. You will have 10 days from the receipt of your label to ship the item. If the 10-day period is exceeded, your return will be refused and sent back to you and you will not be able to receive a refund.
CONDITIONS: The item must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. Please include a short document with your first and last name and your order number inside your return package. The shipping costs of the initial order are at the customer’s expense. If the item does not meet the above criteria (e.g. broken, worn, washed or stained), it will be returned to you at your expense. We will contact you to request payment for the return of the defective product. If you refuse to pay for the return, no refund will be issued.
For swimsuits, all must be returned with the price tags still attached. Returns are only accepted if the sanitary protection has not been removed from the swimwear. In the event that the sanitary protection and price tags are removed, the swimwear will not be refunded. Please keep your underwear on when trying on your swimsuit.
For Womance Maison: All items must be returned in their original packaging, be in perfect condition and accompanied by their parts and accessories and must never have been used. Any damaged merchandise received at our warehouse will be returned to you at your expense.
If you receive a damaged item, you must provide photo evidence. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
EXCEPTIONS: For hygiene reasons, accessories, skincare and body products, candles/essential oils, underwear, bodysuits, and cosmetics are not eligible for returns. All items that are no longer available at the time of return cannot be returned.
All items purchased on sale are final sales (no returns or exchanges possible). We do no offer refunds or returns on products purchased during sales events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Boxing Day. All promotions offered online cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Promotions are not applicable for items in the Quebec Creators section
All items are final sales, excluding the Womance Atelier collection. Items from the Womance Atelier collection are exchangeable, but not refundable; however, it is possible to receive a credit for the amount of the purchase if you do not wish to make an exchange. You have 15 days after your purchase to make a return or an exchange; your electronic receipt is required. Please contact us at email@example.com to schedule a time for your return or exchange. Appointments are required to ensure there is an employee at the warehouse who is available to help you.
