No. Promotional codes received with the rewards program are non-refundable and for single use only.

The Womance points you accumulate can be redeemed for a discount code that will be split and applied to each item in your order.

The discount code is not considered a method of payment, but rather a gift offered to you, from us. For this reason, they are non-refundable and for single use only. We recommend you save your points to use on items that you are sure you will not return in order to keep as many of them as possible.

**Example: we do not reimburse the equivalent of 10% discount offered on a first order if the item is returned. We only reimburse the amount that was paid by the customer.
