You will always receive the exact equivalent of the value of your sale item as a gift card. By selling your items on the Second Hand platform, you attract new customers to Womance and then get to stock up on $$ to put towards new items. Plus, our gift cards have no expiration, so you can wait until you find the perfect thing to buy before spending your well-earned money.

Start by logging into your Womance account. If you don’t already have one, you can create one very easily by clicking on the My Account icon at the top right of the homepage. It is important to create your account with the email address you used to make any previous purchases. Then, click Sell Second Hand Item. Choose the item you wish to sell and then follow the instructions. If you wish to sell another product that you previously purchased on the Second Hand platform or at one of our stores, add it to your selling list by clicking on Sell another item.

Please provide complete and accurate information about the condition of your item. You will receive your store credit as a gift card in your email only when the buyer confirms that the item is as described.

Womance reviews all sales and has the right to approve or reject any sales posts submitted by customers.

Once your post has been approved, we strongly encourage you to share it. The more people see your item, the more likely you are to sell it!

You can sell any product you have previously purchased from Womance, online or in store, or from the Second Hand platform. Once your submission is approved, we will place it on our Womance Second Hand page and it will be visible to all customers.

The minimum sales price for an item on Womance Second Hand is $12. To determine the price of the item you wish to sell, consider both the condition of the item and how long you have had it. We suggest selling your item for between 30% to 50% off the original price. Shipping ($12) will then automatically be added to the costand your item will be ready to sell.

p>Once your item has sold, you will receive a prepaid Canada Post shipping label via email. Your item must be mailed within three days of the purchase. You will not be required to pay for any delivery extras.

Please wrap your package carefully and drop it off at the nearest post office (don't forget to put the delivery label on it!) If you buy regularly from Womance, keep the delivery bags when you receive your new clothes. They are equipped with a second sticky strip so you can reuse them for sending a sale made on the Second Hand platform.

When the buyer confirms that your item arrived in the same condition as described, you will receive a Womance gift card for the exact amount of the sale price you determined. This gift card does not expire and will be emailed to you.

Here you will find people selling their previously purchased Womance clothes. The items that are in this section are sold directly by Womance customers, who will ship them to your home shortly after you make your purchase.

The process for buying on the Second Hand platform is the same as on the main site. Select the item you want, click Add to Cart and checkout as usual.

Yes. All of the items that you choose across our website go into the same cart. Since the price of Second Hand items already include shipping, you will only pay delivery costs for your other items. Items purchased from the main Womance site will be delivered as quickly as usual.

Sellers have three days to ship their package. Once it is sent, you will receive a tracking number to be able to follow your package in real time. Normal delivery times range from 2 -7 working days, depending on the location of the seller. If after 10 days you still have not received your Second Hand item, contact us right here and we will be happy to help you.

All Second Hand items are final sale. Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If the item described by the seller does not match the item received, we will ask you to return the defective item to us. We will assess the item and, if we confirm there is indeed a problem, we will issue you a refund. The seller will not receive her gift card and a note will be added to her file. Womance will keep records of all offences and has the right to refuse Second Hand sales access to any seller who has committed two or more offenses; however, we do not anticipate this ever being an issue since respect and reciprocation are at the very heart of the platform :)
