What are the costs of delivery?

The fixed price for delivery within Canada is $6.99. Shipping within Canada is free for all orders of $100 or more . For all orders going to the United States, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. *Please note that all orders of $300 or more require a signature upon receipt of the package.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Your order leaves the warehouse on the same day it was placed or on the next available business day. Deliveries within Quebec and Ontario can be expected to arrive within 24 to 48 business hours*, depending on the area. For delivery to national destinations (rest of Canada), estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days. For orders to the United States, delivery time is 10 business days. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it. *Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as sales (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.), during the holiday season, and during disruptive world events (e.g. a pandemic). Disruptions or delays within the Canadian postal service (e.g. strikes, transportation issues, etc.) also have the possibility of postponing shipments. Please know that Womance uses all the available resources at its disposal (for example, its happy and motivated employees) during the busiest periods to ensure that your order leaves the warehouse as soon as possible.

Is it possible to pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes and the service is FREE. At the end of your order, you can select the option to ''Pick up'' and your order will be ready to be picked up on the FOLLOWING DAY (on weekdays, Monday to Friday)!

Pick-up is available in our store located at 9100 John-Simons in Quebec City during opening hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 5pm).

Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, you have 15 days to pick up your order. After this time, we will send you one last notification email. If your order is not picked, we will cancel it and process your refund.

I click on my tracking number and my package seems to have gone astray. What can I do?
